Zeni SLS Free MAXI Aloe Vera White is a high quality white meltable soap base containing natural aloe vera juice. The aloe vera gives the soap a gentle and skin-friendly feel and is ideal for making everyday hand soaps.

The soap base is designed to prevent water droplet-like moisture from easily forming on the surface of the soap, which can occur with conventional soap bases in particularly hot and humid environments or if the soap is not airtightly packaged. This property helps to maintain the appearance of the soap over a longer period of time.

The paste solidifies relatively quickly and is well suited for both detailed moulds and multi-layered soaps. The very strong adhesion of the layers (when sprayed with alcohol) allows the creation of professional looking design soaps.

The soap is SLS-free, which means it does not contain the strong detergent Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. The soap lathers well, is gentle on the skin and has not been tested on animals.

    How to make soap?

It’s easy to make soap from ready-made soap mix:

    1. Cut the mass into cubes (1-3 cm).
    2. Melt the cubes in a hot water bath at 65-70°C or in a microwave (approx. 400-500 W).
    • Do not let the temperature exceed 75°C.
    • Avoid boiling.

    3. Add aromas and colours.

    • Recommended amount of fragrance oils or essential oils: 10-20 g/kg.
    • You can find the maximum amount of fragrance oil allowed under the relevant IFRA category of fragrance oil – always follow the limits set by IFRA.
    • Add the colourant drop by drop until the desired result is achieved.
    • Shea butter, cocoa butter, almond oil, coconut oil or olive oil can also be added to skin care products if desired. Usually not more than ~15 g/kg is recommended to prevent the soap from becoming too soft. Mix all the additives into the soap mixture and make sure that all the additives are well mixed into the soap mixture.

    4. Pour into the mould and leave to set (about 20-40 min).
