The essential oil of lemongrass is obtained by steam distillation of the herbaceous leaves of the Indian plant Cymbopogon flexuosus. The oil is characterised by an intense, fresh and lemony aroma with a slightly herbal undertone.
Thanks to its cleansing and balancing properties, lemongrass oil is widely used in aromatherapy, cosmetics and home care.

Important:
– contains natural allergens (e.g. citral) that may irritate the skin
– always use diluted
– follow IFRA maximum use rates (lower % in leave-on products)
