Soy Wax Golden Wax S41 for Glass Candle Jars

Golden Wax Soy Wax Glass Candle Jars are super soft vegetable wax produced in Sweden. Originally developed for large candle manufacturers, Golden Wax S41 allows for a high fragrance oil content, low melting temperature, is very stable and burns incredibly clean. Golden Wax S41 is made from 100% natural materials, is environmentally friendly, contains no GMOs, no toxic substances and no synthetic additives. Soy wax candles burn cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax candles and do not emit soot, which can be harmful to both health and the environment.

Melting point: 41 – 47°C. Setting point: 20-25°C. Moulding temperature: 31 – 34°C. Fragrance oils can be added at 60°C and may be added up to 8-10% or 80-100g/ml per 1 kg of wax. Colouring agents can be added at 0.1-0.4%.

Like all Soy Waxes, S41 has a tendency to form an uneven surface as the wax cools. To do this, you need to find the right pouring temperature given the added flavours and colours. Alternatively, mixing S41 with a 30-50% blend of minerals (e.g. paraffin, microcrystalline wax) and rapeseed wax completely eliminates this problem. S41 blends with the CS1 moulding wax and is the preferred hybrid blend for many large-scale producers.
