KeraSoy Container 4130 is a natural, plant-based Soy Wax for making candles in Glass Candle Jars and other containers. It is a popular candle wax among both beginner and professional candle makers thanks to its ease of use, good setting properties, and consistent results.
KeraSoy 4130 flows well into Glass Candle Jars during pouring and allows you to make soy wax candles with a beautiful, even surface. This is a ready-to-use wax that does not need to be mixed with other waxes or wax additives. To make a candle , simply add a suitable fragrance oil and, if desired, candle dye.

Using KeraSoy 4130
Melting: Melt the Soy Wax slowly and evenly. It is not recommended to heat KeraSoy 4130 above 85 °C, as excessive heat may affect the wax’s properties and the appearance of the finished candle’s surface.
Candle dye: When using this dye, we recommend adding it at a temperature of approximately 75 °C.
Fragrance oil: Add the fragrance oil at approximately 70 °C and stir thoroughly so that the fragrance is evenly distributed throughout the wax. Depending on the specific product, you can use up to 10–12% fragrance oil. Always follow the fragrance oil manufacturer’s recommended usage percentage and IFRA restrictions.
Brewing: The recommended brewing temperature is 45–55 °C.
The best melting temperature may depend on the type of Glass Candle Jars, fragrance oil, color, and room temperature. To achieve the best results, we recommend making small test batches.

Making a Soy Wax Candle
Melt the required amount of KeraSoy 4130 soy wax.
Add candle dye if desired.
At approximately 70 °C, add the desired fragrance oil and mix thoroughly.
Cool the wax to the appropriate pouring temperature, approximately 45–55 °C.
Pour the wax into a container lined with a prepared wick and Glass Candle Jars.
Allow the candle to set undisturbed at room temperature.
Always perform a test burn before making a larger batch.
Important to know
With natural Soy Wax, crystallization (also known as frosting), small cracks, or other visual changes characteristic of natural plant-based wax may appear on the surface of the finished candle. These do not indicate that the wax is of poor quality and generally do not affect the candle’s burning properties.
For best results, always test a specific combination of Soy Wax, fragrance oil, color, wick, and Glass Candle Jars.
*The manufacturer aims to use GMO-free raw materials. However, due to the widespread cultivation of genetically modified soybeans, the presence of trace amounts cannot be completely ruled out.
