Agri-Pure® AP-620 is an organic and renewable coconut wax with emollient properties and versatile applications. It is derived from coconut kernels and processed by refining, bleaching, hydrogenation and deodorisation. The wax is tasteless, has a high oxidation resistance and is suitable for candles and cosmetics.

Use in candle making:
Recommended mixing: can be used neat or mixed with soy wax/ palm stearin for better results.
Addition of fragrance oils: recommended fragrance oil amount is 6%.
Melting temperature: 51-54 °C (complete melting).
Pouring: recommended pouring temperature depends on the composition of the mixture, but is usually between 50-60 °C (50-60 °F).
Cosmetic use:
As a plasticizer, it adds flexibility and softness to cosmetic products.
Suitable for lip balms, lipsticks, skin care and hair care products.
Application level: 2-10% depending on the product.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
